First of all on a very immature note i would like to give this guy kudos for being nicknamed "The penguin". The nickname may have some awfull negative meaning but i dont care all i know is he is nicknamed the penguin and in my book his deemed awesome [ and he also lost his presidency and is now in congress after being completely bannished basically, so i give him multiple kudos.] Ok so this man and his wife are a power hungry couple who refuse to give up power remind you of anyone? maybe the... clintons. Im tempted to take back this guys kudos but that would be rude. Apparently Mr. Kirchner is less popular than his wife and they are both trying to pull eacheother out of this, at least they did not divorce like our American version of the Kirchners.
